Suasana haru menyelimuti ruangan ketika sebelum rapat dimulai, keluarga korban dan tim kuasa hukum melakukan prosesi tabur bunga sebagai bentuk penghormatan terakhir untuk Kintan.
Selajutnya DPRD Karawang merekomendasikan pembentukan tim independen pencari fakta guna mengusut tuntas penyebab kematian Kintan. Namun, jalannya rapat tidak lepas dari sejumlah kejanggalan yang diungkap pihak keluarga.
Pihak RS Fikri Medika menyatakan bahwa sebelum tindakan operasi dilakukan, mereka telah meminta persetujuan keluarga dan mengantongi surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani. Namun versi berbeda disampaikan oleh keluarga korban. Mereka mengaku tidak mendapat penjelasan detail mengenai isi surat yang diminta untuk ditandatangani. Bahkan, waktu pelaksanaan operasi pun tidak diinformasikan dengan jelas.
“Ini janggal. Kami melihat banyak keanehan dalam prosedur yang dijalankan rumah sakit,” ujar Joko, kuasa hukum keluarga korban dari LBH Cakra Indonesia.
Menurut Joko, pemaparan pihak rumah sakit di forum RDP hanya bersifat normatif. Tidak ada penjelasan rinci terkait Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) maupun tahapan pelaksanaan operasi yang menewaskan Kintan.
